In this project carried out at the Ratawi Oil Field in Iraq, Kontrolmatik undertook the entire scope end-to-end, including engineering, manufacturing, assembly, testing, commissioning, and full system integration. The solution consisted of a four-module integrated E-House complex and three independent units, fully equipped with electrical infrastructure, HVAC systems, fire and gas detection systems, safety equipment, as well as fully integrated process control and safety systems, and delivered to site in a ready-to-install condition.

Thanks to Kontrolmatik’s modular and prefabricated approach, rapid installation and commissioning were achieved on site, leading to increased operational efficiency, reduced costs, and long-term operational reliability. This solution contributed to increasing the Ratawi Oil Field’s daily production capacity from 60,000 barrels to 120,000 barrels per day, while serving as a strong reference for Kontrolmatik’s high-technology, fast-delivery, and performance-driven engineering capabilities in critical energy projects.
